  • TV
  • The remote does not work

    If the remote does not work please check the following:

    • Remove the battery cover on the back of the remote control and make sure the batteries are correctly inserted as shown on the remote control. Make sure the battery polarity is correct [+] and [-] at battery insertion.
    • Check the battery charge. If necessary, replace the batteries with new AAA (1.5 volt) batteries. Replace batteries in pairs.
    • The items placed between the remote control and the sensor may interfere with the normal operation of the remote control. Check for any interference or obstacles between the TV and the remote
    • Make sure the remote control is facing the TV device
    • Make sure you are within range of the TV set
    • Exposure to bright light or direct sunlight can interfere with the operation of the remote control, in such cases, change the angle of the lighting or move closer to the TV device.
  • Uninstalling apps

    You can delete any application you have installed on your TV:

    1. Use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select [Settings] [⚙] on the main user interface
    2. Use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select [Apps]
    3. Use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select the application you want to delete
    4. Press the [OK] key to confirm the selection.
    5. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Uninstall]
    6. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [OK]

    6. Remark: Pre-installed applications and system applications (like Google Play Store, Google Chrome, System Settings, etc.) cannot be uninstalled from the device

  • Snimanje aplikacija sa nepoznatih izvora

    Aplikacija [APK Instalater] pomaže korisnicima upravljanje aplikacijama i dozvoljava korisnicima sigurno snimanje ili brisanje aplikacija na lokalnu memoriju TV uređaja.

    Davanje potrebnih dozvola:

    Da biste mogli snimiti aplikacije treće strane putem USB memorije (koje nisu preuzete sa Trgovine Play) Smart sustavu morate dati dodatne dozvole.

    1. Na glavnom korisničkom sučelju koristite tipke [▲][▼][◄][►] za odabir postavki [⚙]
    2. Koristite tipke [▲][▼]za odabir izbornika [Sigurnost i ograničenja]
    3. Pritisnite tipku [OK] za potvrdu odabira.
    4. Odaberite izbornik [Nepoznati izvori], pritisnite tipku [OK] za potvrdu odabira.
    5. Koristite tipke [▲][▼] za odabir značajke [Uključeno]
    6. Pritisnite tipku [OK] za potvrdu odabira, odaberite [U redu]
    7. Pritisnite tipku [RETURN] za povratak u prethodni izbornik ili tipku [HOME] za povratak na glavni ekran

    Nakon što ste dodali potrebne dozvole za snimanje aplikacija trećih strana:

    1. Na glavnom korisničkom sučelju koristite tipke [▲][▼][◄][►] za odabir [Sve Aplikacije]
    2. U ladici aplikacija koristite tipke [▲][▼][◄][►] za odabir [APK Instalater] aplikacije
    3. Pritisnite tipku [OK] za potvrdu odabira.
    4. U aplikaciji koristite tipke [▲][▼][◄][►] za odabir [INSTALIRAJ]
    5. Koristite tipke [▲][▼][◄][►] za odabir izbornika [USB Memorija]>[Prijenosni uređaj].
    6. Koristite tipke [▲][▼][◄][►] za odabir aplikacije (******.apk) sa desne strane ekrana.
    7. Pritisnite tipku [OK] za potvrdu odabira.
    8. Koristite tipke [▲][▼][◄][►] za odabir stavke [Instaliraj]
    9. Pričekajte dok se aplikacija ne snimi.

    NAPOMENA: Neka aplikacije možda neće biti kompatibilne sa TV uređajem.

  • How to enable or disable pop-up notifications

    1. Use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select [Settings] [⚙] on the main user interface
    2. Use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select [Apps]
    3. Use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select the app you want to disable notifications for
    4. Press the [OK] key to confirm the selection.
    5. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Notifications]
    6. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Off]

    REMARK: If you want to disable all notifications on Smart TV, you must repeat this procedure for each app individually.

  • Channels are not in the correct order

    In order for the channels to be sorted in correct order, it is necessary to turn off the LCN option:

    1. Select DVB-T from the sources. Press the [MENU] Button
    2. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Settings]
    3. Press the [OK] key to confirm the selection.
    4. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [LCN]
    5. Use the [◄] [►] buttons to tun LCN On or Off
    6. When you are done, press the [RETURN] button to return to the previous menu
    7. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Channel]
    8. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Auto tuning], Press the [OK] key to confirm the selection.
    9. Start auto tuning procedure
  • No image and sound

    If you determine that there is no image or sound on the TV, please check the following:

    • Check if the TV is turned on.
    • Check if the power cord is connected to the power outlet.
    • Check if the power outlet is operational by plugging some other device into it.
    • Check the operation of the remote control and try to turn on the TV manually to the physical keys located on the TV.

    No image, only sound

    • Check if the Brightness is set to 55 in the picture settings (Menu>Picture)
    • Try changing the channel
    • If the picture does not appear, switch off the TV and after 60 seconds turn it back again.
    • Check the antenna equipment and cables and re-scan the channels

    No sound only image

    • Check the sound level in the sound settings (Menu>Sound)
    • Check if the TV is set to Mute
  • There is no audio and picture on the HDMI input

    If you have connected some of the devices (Blu-Ray, Playstation, Xbox, External Satellite Receiver, etc.) to the TV and you do not have image, sound or both, you have to switch between the HDMI 1.4 and 2.0 standards in the input settings.

    1. Depending on the connected device select one of the HDMI inputs from the sources.
    2. Press [MENU] Button
    3. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Settings]
    4. Press the [OK] key to confirm the selection.
    5. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [HDMI EDID]
    6. Use the [◄] [►] buttons to switch between EDID 1.4 and EDID 2.0
    7. Depending on the connected device, select between EDID 1.4 & 2.0 until you get image and/or sound on the screen.
    8. When you are done with the EDID settings, press the [RETURN] key to return to the previous menu and the [MENU] key to exit the main menu.
  • Downloading and installing apps from the Google Play Store

    Play Store is a digital distribution service operated by Google. Served as an official store for the Android operating system, allowing users to browse and download applications, games, movies, and music.


    Apps are available through Google Play for free or at a cost. They can be downloaded directly to Android via a Play Store or by visiting Google Play website.


    The Play Store application comes pre-installed with the device software and cannot be deleted.


    If you've already signed in with your Google Account:

    1. On the main user interface, use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select [All Apps]
    2. In the App drawer use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select [Play Store] app
    3. Press the [OK] button to confirm the selection.
    4. Use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select the desired app in the Play Store app interface.
    5. After finding the desired app, press the [OK] key to confirm the selection.
    6. Use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select [INSTALL]
    7. Wait until the application downloads and completes installation.
    8. Use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select [OPEN] app.
    9. Or press the [HOME] button to return to the main screen.

    Remark:


    Some applications and games cannot be installed on TV like on mobile or tablet devices. To check app compatibility please contact our technical support.

  • Portable hotspot

    If necessary, you can connect another phone, tablet or computer to the internet through your TV device. This type of sharing is called a modem connection or a portable access point.

    1. On the main user interface, use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select the settings [⚙]
    2. Use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] keys to select [Network]
    3. Press [OK] to confirm selection.
    4. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Portable hotspot]
    5. Press [OK] to confirm selection.
    6. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Set up Wi-Fi hotspot]
    7. In the popup window, use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] keys and the virtual keyboard to enter the hotspot network name, select type of security, and the desired password. To confirm the settings, select [SAVE], Press the [OK] key to confirm.
    8. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot]
    9. Press the [OK] to turn on or off the Wi-Fi hotspot
    10. Press the [RETURN] key to return to the previous menu or the [HOME] key to return to the main screen

    REMARK:


    When the Wi-Fi portable hotspot is turned on, other features like Miracast and Wi-Fi internet connection will not work. When using the features of portable access point in order to have access to the Internet TV device must be connected to the router via Ethernet cable. If you do not want the password to access the access point, select [None] in [Security].

  • How to setup the TV device, connect the antenna, and search the channels

    After purchasing a smart TV device, most users want to use this device to watch the terrestrial or satellite television digital signal. Depending on the TV model (check the back of the TV), you can find the appropriate satellite antenna DVB-T or satellite DVB-S ports.

    • Adjust your antenna and antenna equipment to match the specifications of the TV signal provider for your area / region.
    • Before turning the TV on, find the appropriate antenna port on the back of the device Figure 1 Depending on the type of digital signal, connect the antenna cable to the appropriate terrestrial or satellite antenna ports Figure 2
    • Turn on your TV, wait for the Android system to boot up. A welcome message will appear on the first boot up, you will be greeted with the option to select the default language on the TV device. Select the desired language using the remote control and confirm to start the TV setup wizard.
    • In the next step, the TV setup wizard will ask you the type of antenna signal you want to scan. Video 1. Optionally select DVB-T DVB-C or DVB-S signal. Select "Next" from the menu. If you select "Skip", you can do the channel search later.
    • In the next step, the setup Wizard will ask you to choose the type of scan depending on the type of the signal you are looking for. Select the type of signal, your region, and press "Start Scan" Figure 3. Wait for the channel scan to finish.
    • If you did a proper setup of your antenna equipment, your TV will successfully find the available TV channels.

    REMARK: The availability and quality of the TV signal depends on the service provider, your location, and the antenna equipment. There is a possibility that the TV will find scrambled TV channels for which an additional CI + card is needed.

    How to scan for digital terrestrial and satellite TV channels if you skip the setup Wizard

    If you selected the option to skip TV channel search, do not worry the search can be done later.

    • Press the SOURCE button on the remote control and select the Input / Antenna type you want to search for. Select DVB-T, DVB-C or DVB-S input, confirm with the OK button on the remote control
    • If you are in the DVB-T, DVB-C or DVB-S input, press the "MENU" button on the remote control. Select "CHANNEL" from the menu on the left side of the screen Figure 4
    • Select the first option "Auto Tuning"
    • If you are scanning the DVB-T signal, in the next step setup wizard will prompt you to select the type Search type depending on the signal (DTV or ATV) you are looking for. Select the type of signal, your region, and click "Start Scan" Please wait until the channel search is complete Figure 3. You can repeat the same process for DVB-C and DVB-S channels.
    • If you have the properly installed antenna equipment, your TV will successfully find the available TV channels.
  • The difference between DVB-T DVB-C & DVB-S Signal

    Depending on the model of the NOA Vision TV, you can find those terms on the channel search: DVB-T, DVB-S & DVB-C. Therefore read below what they mean.

    • DVB stands for „Digital Video Broadcasting“ ,the international standard of digital television
    • DVB-T / DVB-T2 stands for digital terrestrial television. NOA Vision TVs fully support the latest DVB-T2 digital terrestrial standards
    • DVB-S / DVB-S2 stands for digital satellite television. NOA Vision TVs fully support the latest DVB-T2 digital terrestrial standards
    • DVB-C stands for digital cable television. NOA Vision TVs fully support the latest DVB-C digital cable standards
    • ATV stands for analog television for transfer of audio & video signal. In most countries ATV signal is no longer in use, and it was replaced with DVB standard

  • Audiovisual disturbances

    When the image is frozen and audiovisual disturbances appear, the reason may be a weak DVB signal. You can check the quality and signal strength in the "Channel > Signal Information" Figure1

    • Select a TV channel that freezes the image or have audiovisual disturbances
    • Press [MENU] on the remote control
    • Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select the [CHANNEL] menu
    • Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select the [DTV manual Tuning] menu
    • If the signal strength is less than 50%, visual disturbances will occur or a message will be displayed that there is no signal.

    To receive a better signal, check your antenna cable, antenna equipment, and adjust the direction of your antenna according to the recommended TV transmitter.

  • Connecting to WIFI network

    For wireless connectivity, you need to take the following steps:

    In Smart mode:

    1. In main user interface use buttons [▲][▼][◄][►] to select settings [⚙]
    2. Use buttons [▲][▼][◄][►] to select [Network]
    3. Press [OK] to confirm selection.
    4. Select Wi-Fi, press [OK] to confirm selection.
    5. In Wi-Fi settings use buttons [▲][▼] to select option Wi-Fi On/Off .
    6. To turn the Wi-Fi ON please select [ON], press [OK] to confirm selection.
    7. Use buttons [▲][▼] for selection of available Wi-Fi networks, press [OK] to confirm selection.
    8. Please use buttons [▲][▼][OK] to enter password via virtual keyboard.
    9. After entering correct password ,to continue press [NEXT] on the virtual keyboard.

    If you have successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network, the network status will be: [Connected]
    Network icon with a padlock [icon] indicate secured networks to which you can connect only with knowing the password, and network icon without padlock [icon]: indicate networks to which you can connect without entering a password.

    On a locked Wi-Fi network you can also connect via the WPS option if your router / router supports this feature:

    1. In main user interface use buttons [▲][▼][◄][►] to select settings [⚙]
    2. Use buttons [▲][▼][◄][►] to select [Network]
    3. Press [OK] to confirm selection. Select Wi-Fi, press [OK] to confirm selection.
    4. Use buttons [▲][▼] to select [Connect via WPS]
    5. Please follow the instructions on the screen.

    To manually connect to (hidden) Wi-Fi network, select:

    1. In main user interface use buttons [▲][▼][◄][►] to select settings [⚙]
    2. Use buttons [▲][▼][◄][►] to select [Network]
    3. Press [OK] to confirm selection. Select Wi-Fi, press [OK] to confirm selection.
    4. Use buttons [▲][▼] to select [Add new network]
    5. Please follow the instructions on the screen.

    REMARK:

    If there is no network connectivity, please make sure you enter the WIFI key correctly and check the WIFI router's validity.
    If the Wi-Fi signal is bad, check the distance from the router to the TV set, and avoid possible obstacles that might interfere with the signal.

  • I have 4K TV, but High Definition Quality is not available on certain DVB channels

    • If the TV does not display the picture in HD / FHD / 4K (High Definition) quality, these particular TV channels do not have this option. The signal quality does not depend on the TV set but on the TV provider (TV House) that transmits that signal in a certain quality.
    • channel availability in HD, FHD or 4K quality, please consult with your TV Service Providers.
  • TV unit goes off after 4 hours

    NOA Vision Smart TVs support energy savings. By default, the device is set to shut down after 4 hours. To change these settings, select:

    1. Select DVB-T from the sources. Press the [MENU] Button
    2. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Settings]
    3. Press the [OK] key to confirm the selection.
    4. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Auto sleep]
    5. Use the [◄] [►] buttons to change the settings, select Off
    6. Press the [RETURN] to return to the previous menu and the [MENU] to exit the main menu.
  • Factory Reset

    If you need to reset the device to the factory settings, you can do this as follows:

    1. Use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select [⚙] on the main user interface.
    2. Use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select [Storage and Reset]
    3. Press [OK] to confirm selection.
    4. Use the [▲] [▼] [◄] [►] buttons to select [Factory Data Reset]
    5. Press [OK] to confirm selection.
    6. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Erase everything]
    7. Press [OK] to confirm selection.
    8. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Reset Device]
    9. Press [OK] to confirm selection.
    10. Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select [Erase everything]
    11. Press [OK] to confirm selection.
    12. Wait until the device returns to the factory settings.

    Do not turn off the device during this operation. After restoring to the factory settings, the TV enters idle mode. Start the TV by pressing the [POWER] button

    REMARK: Factory reset will erase all data, user accounts and applications that are subsequently installed on the internal memory of the TV.
